Our Care Navigation team is your first stop for senior care assistance. With over 100 years of combined experience - our Care Navigators are trained specialists that can connect you to the resources you need when you need them.
We are experts in senior care and the only “one-stop” shop for assistance and referrals for seniors and their families in all of coastal Georgia. Better yet - the service is free! Our only goal is to provide you or your loved one with the information you need to safely “age in place.”
Assistance in enrolling in utility discount programs, as well as complimentary senior SNAP consultations.
Free electric fans in the summer, and free blankets in the winter.
Free use of durable medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, and more.
